For any warranty concerns please email email@example.com including the product name, serial number (if any), the issue you are having, and your order number. We will guide you through the warranty process depending upon the product. The customer will be responsible for return shipping under most warranty policies.
We do not accept returned items. In the rare case that we do after you have emailed customer service, there will be a 20% restocking fee plus any damage done to the item (scratches, parts missing, etc). The customer will be responsible for return shipping.
We do not give refunds for items except under warranty policies. The only exception is for backordered products - if the item is not described as backordered on the product listing and shipping time will be delayed by at least two weeks, we will offer you a refund on your product. The customer will be responsible for return shipping in rare cases where we issue refunds for product returns. We do not offer refunds for short backorders of two weeks or less.
